“Every stitch, every flavor, tells a story of a childhood steeped in creativity.”
Today, we'd like to introduce a more personal side of our team: Chef Miho. From an early age, she was drawn to making things, growing up in an environment that nurtured her curiosity and talent. Her father worked as a civil servant, while her mother ran the school cafeteria as head chef. During her playful childhood, Miho was lovingly cared for by her grandmother.

At the time, her grandmother worked for a major apparel company. She would bring home scraps of colorful fabric and teach Miho to sew. Miho quickly demonstrated a natural talent, impressing her grandmother. Her grandmother, an accomplished cook herself, also passed down family recipes from generation to generation.
Miho has said that the sense of color, design, and philosophy she inherited from her grandmother profoundly shaped her life. More than ten years later, she is pursuing oil painting at a prestigious art program in Tokyo, continuing the creative path that began in her earliest days at home.
